We first used John for a couple of fix it needs around our house, repair projects such as banisters and drywall. Upon completion of that work, we were so impressed we asked him to tackle some larger projects including a California closet in our master bedroom and some fairly extensive roof repair and structural support on our main floor. The roof repair was due to a previous contractor’s shortcuts that caused some painful water damage. John and his team did an excellent job of not only fixing the damaged areas, but making sure it wouldn’t happen again. In my experience with home contractors John is the only one that I’ve encountered that does what he says he’s going to do. He and his team are on time and actually stay until the work is done. Imagine a contractor who will actually stay for 8 hours and get something done?
